Private & shared studios
Private Studios from £390 / month
Shared Studios from £100 / month
Your own dedicated space in Kensington, with everything included so you can just walk in and work.
- 24/7 access to your studio
- Utilities included: water, electricity and Wi-Fi

Membership
Membership gives you access to the facilities, following a required orientation induction. A place where the creative approach can be applied and developed, both in a structured way and in an open peer‑to‑peer manner.
People can complete an induction to come to Create Space London to begin their own projects or take part in guided workshops, to understand and creatively explore ways of doing things that will develop their work and creative process.

CSL is developing a variety of workshop spaces, including areas for wood, metal, and plastics work, as well as facilities for fashion, electronics, CAD/CAM, documentation, and an event/gallery space.

About
The Full Story
Create Space London was founded by previous students of London institutions, who understood the challenges faced by people upon graduation, particularly the lack of support once formal education ends. We believe that these support mechanisms are essential to the creative process, from access to fabrication facilities and knowledge that allow three‑dimensional exploration of ideas, to social environments that help these ideas develop and flourish.
We’re a charity supporting London’s creative community by offering affordable, welcoming spaces where artists and makers can create, connect, and grow. Based in Kensington, we provide access to studios, facilities, and a supportive network.
We transform unusual or disused spaces into affordable studios and facilities, breathing new life into buildings while acting as a springboard for creative businesses and practitioners. By combining physical resources with community connections, our projects foster creativity, collaboration, and skill‑sharing, helping individuals and groups bring their ideas to life while strengthening the cultural fabric of London.

Who we are. Create Space London (registered charity 1166043, company 08846726, 10 South End, London W8 5BU) is the data controller for this website. Questions or requests about your data: info@createspacelondon.org.
What we keep
When you apply, book a viewing or send a message, we keep what you write in the form (name, email, your links and any file you attach) so the team can answer you. Members' answers, requests, signed forms and signatures are kept in the member area so the charity has a record of them. Staff accounts keep the name, email and the tasks given to each person.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets one cookie, only when you log in, to keep you logged in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Showreel videos from YouTube or Vimeo load only when you press play.
Notifications
If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us an address to send them to. It is used only for Create Space London messages and is deleted when you turn notifications off or log out.
How long and your rights
Messages and applications (with any file attached) are deleted automatically after 12 months, or sooner when no longer needed. Members who leave are archived and can ask for all their data to be deleted. You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it at any time by writing to info@createspacelondon.org. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf.
